• This Cost Calculator or Estimator will give an accurate ‘estimate’ of the costs you are likely to incur based on your input
• However please be aware that every property transaction can have unique costs based on the individual circumstances
• We won’t list them all here but there are times when a special insurance may have to be purchased or a Management Company may have more expensive charges to prepare property packs etc
• The upshot is the conveyancing estimator is meant to give the user a guide as to likely costs and in no way is a guarantee of price or a binding contract that the price will be exactly as quoted by the tool
• We will contact you based on the input you give and ascertain as to whether there are likely to be significant additional costs
